Most of my team is in another country, so for me, I'm hybrid under the "intentional facetime" model. I do miss having the option for "haphazard facetime" to just chat from time to time.

Also, I agree not that remote/hybrid is so normal, we really need to rethink how to mentor/train/model behavior for junior folks. It'll be interesting to see how this evolves.
